Shipping Information

We endeavour to ship all in stock orders within 3 business days. Items are sent from either our Perth Warehouse or our Melbourne Warehouse.

Some orders will be partially sent from Perth and partially sent from Melbourne. For orders which are coming in 2 parcels from separate locations a tracking number is provided for each parcel.

Generally we have in stock all items but occasionally we may have to order an item in - we will notify you via email or phone if there is going to be any delays to your order being sent.

Free Shipping Applies to parcels posted within Australia Only.

For International Buyers please contact us for a Shipping Quote. For International Buyers the payment option available is Paypal only and we invoice directly through Paypal.

Refund and Returns

Your satisfaction is our first priority at The Linen Gallery. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or offer a full refund. Please contact us if there is a problem with your item.

For change of mind purchase returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us for a return authorisation.

Items must be returned with all their original packaging (including cardboard inserts) and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.

If an item is returned which has not been opened we offer a full refund or credit towards another item if you wish to exchange. At our discretion a restocking fee of 20% may be applied to items which have been opened.

Due to Government Health Regulations white goods, which include Quilts, Protectors, Pillows, Toppers, Underlays etc are not able to be returned for change of mind purchases.

Parcels not deliverable or not collected from Post Office

If a parcel is returned to us by Australia Post due to it being unable to be delivered or it was not collected from the Post Office we are charged a Return to Sender fee by Australia Post. The customer will be responsible for the fee charged by Australia post and for any costs to resend the parcel. Tracking details are provided for all parcels sent via Australia Post so you can track your parcel once it has been posted.
